^^^^^ This ! (the bolded)

Biscayne Blvd is the worst street I have ever driven on re two things:

1. Drivers staring straight down at the phones or tablets in their laps and floating into other lanes because of this.

2. Really old people driving too slowly (....and they are REALLY driving too slowly if I THINK they are driving too slowly )

Sacramento and Bakersfield actually surprise me.

Riverside, San Diego and Los Angeles do not surprise me.

I'm also surprised to see that the Bay Area isn't top ten. However, at least it and Fresno are still top 15.

Bay Area (SF, SJ, Oakland), LA, SD, Fresno, Sac------- I mean those are cities in the top 10 biggest cities in CA.

1 LA
2 SD
3 SJ
4 SF
5 Fresno
6 Sac

Then I think bakersfield and oakland rounds the end. There are tons of people Obviously they will be prone to more accidents with so many people.

As far as anything within commuting distance of the I-5, Riverside is the worst, hands down. We have a mix of illegals and gear heads keeping the first responders busy. I'm never really practiced defensive driving until now.

The "stereotype" of Asians can't drive, is a real thing, especially in California. I'm surprised the Bay Area (SF/SJ) isn't number 1
