It actually won't get cheaper, it will get more expensive as the government still wants their money to subsidize Illegals, free school, bullet trains to nowhere, etc.

Foreign buyers, investors and citizens from other States with money. There is not enough inventory for sales to have a drastic impact on prices. They may level or drop 5% but that is about it.

Aren't you considering a 240 sq ft apartment in LA for $300k? It sounds like housing prices are a huge problem for you in the current market.
