all you have to do is drive around LA to see the amount of poverty that exists here. It's unbelievable.

So is sacramento and Sacramento doesn't have hurricanes. (It does have crappy hot weather though which doesn't give it a disadvantage vs Houston).

The only good thing to come out of Harvey is that Houston's true diversity has become known to the entire country.

Houston has often been inaccurately depicted as being as white as Seattle or as black as Detroit.
