Name Your Top 3 Towns or Cities in California
My three favorites (and the reasons behind my picks) are:
Monterey- historical and beautiful downtown with a marina and a nice coffeehouse or two to sit back and enjoy a half hour during the day.
San Luis Obispo- lively college town with a creek running through the heart of downtown. Beautiful trees keep the town cooler in summer. Great Thursday market downtown.
Santa Barbara- Beautiful town backed by mountains with great local hiking. Great restaurants and lively downtown.
OK. Those are mine. What are yours? I could make a list of ten or even twenty just in California.

Santa Barbara isnt that great at all. Its way to expensive and crime is getting bad. The homeless are everywhere. The summers are cold and foggy. The plus is winters are just about perfect weather and it has great scenery and overall the downtown is well kept.
