Hello again haha! Um I'm wondering what might be a place to live in in California that isn't dangerous and full of gangs and has a low crime rate and a safe neighborhood with affordable three story houses.

Affordable three-story houses?

That takes out most of the safe neighborhoods with low crime rates, right there.

I'm looking for a four story house with a big yard in a large city that's safe, anyone?

And preferably on the beach.

We currently live in a three story house (top, bottom, and then the basement but I guess it doesn't matter if it includes a basement or not) and we wanted a house similar to the one we have but in a good and safe suburban neighborhood.

California is bigger than many countries in the world. Narrow down your search area or you'll never get any reasonable advice.
