No, if you click on the two median sales price figures you will see the sources I used.

I don't think Reno should become the topic of this thread, so maybe you should make a new thread or we should just leave it here?

You kind of started this whole Reno debate, by being petty/passive aggressive with your “Ugh Reno” reply, so we’ll leave it at that.

No, we are open to all of CA. Both our jobs required specific CA credentialing, so we are hoping to stay in the state.

Thanks so much to everyone so far! I'm having a great time looking at real estate in the cities being suggested!

McKinleyville, or Eureka. From McKinleyville, you could commute to work in Eureka, and Arcata is right next door, a little more suburban than Arcata. You could check the job market for paralegals throughout the Humboldt Bay Area. None of those towns are major population centers, though. Not sure what you're looking for, OP. Monterey? San Luis Obispo? I'm not sure how a paralegal can make enough money to support a family, though...

Chico, Sacramento, or Davis. (no idea what house prices are but they're guaranteed to be much lower than the Bay Area, for sure.)

Where is Navada?

Is it full of Liberals like CA? Beards and Craft Beer? T-shirt, shorts and flip flops wearing in 50 degree weather?
