Around here we let educational advancement determine where they will be a better fit. Sounds like a mumbo jumbo of some persons idea on what would be best for them.

I remember in high school taking a test. I had ideas going in on what I wanted to do with my life. But that test told me that I would only do well in other areas. Those tests do more harm than good.

When it comes to places you want to live, forget about taking a test. Live where you want. Life is too short to rely on a test telling you where you should live.
