I'm seeing more on craigslist today than usual. Often, especially during ski season and summer vacation time, almost everything on craigslist is vacation rental.
It can be difficult to find an affordable place in the Truckee area for just one. If you don't see anything on craigslist it may be a good idea to head on up there and look in the papers. And the the bulletin board at New Moon Natural Foods occasionally has some good rentals.
It's in the same little "plaza" as the DMV.

Default I have a small home in Truckee for short/long term lease

Hi, I own a small home in Truckee. I am looking for the right tenant to rent it for either short term or long term-furnished or unfurnished. We are asking for $1600/mo utilities included. Let me know if I can send photos.
