I am looking for decent size Joshua tree(Yucca brevifolia), and Yucca prostrate. Do you know any nursery that specialize in them or have a large inventory of them. I intend to drive all over the state to get good specimen for good price

Where do you live? Joshua Trees need very specific environments to thrive.

High desert zone 7. I saw a few in neighborhoods in my area that are quite big. Nothing in the wild though.

My understanding about Joshua trees and yuccas are that they do not transplant well, which is why a large specimens are not often seen it nurseries. Realistically, you would probably need to start with smaller specimens and let them grow, but it does take some time.

Nevertheless, I would contact a few nurseries or Gardens that might be able to give you advice. Jungle music in north San Diego County specializes in all sorts of rare and exotic palms and other plants, and they are a treasure Trove of advice. Plus, they deliver to many parts of the state. You may also want to contact the Ruth Bancroft Garden in Walnut Creek, which is a public garden specializing in drought tolerant and Desert Landscaping. They actually have one specimen of Joshua tree growing there, although it doesn't have the typical multi-pronged appearance yet. They may be able to tell you where to find them. You could also contact Flora Grubb Gardens in San Francisco, which is one of the state's preeminent nurseries for succulents and are among the highly-regarded experts of the state. Even if they don't carry them, they may know where to find them!

In addition to tstiber's excellent suggestions, you might also give Cactus Mart in Morongo Valley a call. They're close to Joshua Tree National Park, and carry a lot of native plants. If they can't help you, they may be able to point you in the right direction. https://www.cactusmart.com/garden.html

(If you want to take the slow but steady approach, they sell Joshua Tree seeds in the park store at Joshua Tree NP.)

If you want advice on a particular nursery where you live, you have to tell us where that is. There are a lot of nurseries in Zone 7 in high desert areas across the US, if you get my point.
