Default New Homes In Manteca, CA
What do you guys think about the new homes that are being built in Manteca (by the new shopping center that is also being built)? The homes are starting at around high $200k and up.

Do you think that the homes are over priced?

What do you think about those homes that are being built by the man made lake?

Would you recommend to buy a new home or an older home (say about 10 yrs. old)?
