I’m not sure anything he says is real, but my guess is that he is claiming to be a nurse anesthetist, not an anesthesiologist. In that other thread he described himself as “Being an advance practitioner of anesthesia”.

An anesthesiologist wouldn’t call him/herself that. They would just say “I’m an anesthesiologist”. We dont feel the need to inflate our title because it is implied.

Nurse anesthetists, on the other hand, often use terminology like this because they have to let you know they are important.

Plus, $240K is on the low side for an anesthesiologist. I know nurse anesthetists that make in that range,

Plus, he is claiming to be 27 years old. Too young to be an anesthesiologist, unless he skipped some grades in school, which I highly doubt. 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, and 4 years of residency.
