Hey there! Just thought I would let you all know that there is a rafting Company in Bakersfield city Limits. Thats right, you heard me correctly! They are called River's End Rafting. I think it is because they raft the last rapids on the Kern. they put in just above Rancharia Rd before the mouth of the Kern Canyon. I have gone with them many times and love it. It is a great ride for a great price. You can spend a few hours or all day with them. I think it takes about 15 minutes from downtown Bakersfield to get there.
