Hmmm...well my newest research shows this...
That RRM Design Group could build a power center, lifestyle center, or regional mall on Dalidio's mall. And a mall is Dalidio's third choice of development (Plan C). It's likely, the only way Dalidio's land will get a mall is if he sells. I doubt after all the money he has put into his project he won't.
I do remember RRM Design Group saying once they wanted to build a lifestyle center or regional mall next to the Hilton project in Grover Beach.
Is it just me, or is San Luis Obispo starting to look alot like Santa Cruz (San Luis Obispo) and Capitola (Grover Beach).

stores!
Forgive me if some of these are already here...I haven't done much exploring in SLO lately.
- Old Navy
- H & M
- The Children's Place
- High Times (wine)
- Whole Foods
- Wahoos (not really a store, but since we're dreaming)
- Buffalo Exchange
- Disney
but...on the other hand I think it's nice that SLO hasn't been completely taken over by chain stores yet.

SLO is nothing like santa cruz, capitola... i'm moving there in a few weeks and have spent much time there lately and there are vast differences. for starters, grover is po dunk beach town IMO, whereas capitola is extremely nice.

Having just returned from another yummy meal at the Cheesecake Factory in Arcadia, I have to ask--what's the deal with no Cheesecake Factory on the central coast? There are now three of them within less than half an hour of where I live. Surely they belong in Santa Barbara or SLO. I'm planning to move up to Paso Robles in another year and I want one there when I move in! Please?
