Actually no one needs to be 55 at this Trilogy location. and you are soooo right about the CC&R's. trust me, i lived out there! the CC&R's are like a LA phone book. Get this,they want to ban wood burning BBQ's within 1/2 mile of monarch grove out there. this area is known for oak pit BBQ's.
