When I'm unfamiliar with an area I like to get car insurance quotes to get a gauge. The higher the rate, the worse the neighborhood. So far in my life this method has been very reliable.

95203 $873
95204 $873
95205 $1,074
95206 $869

95210 $1,123
95211 $822
95212 $949
95215 $930

Honestly, all of Stockton is bad. You won't be able to look at the majority of people in cars without feeling like they want to kill you.

Well basically even in the places that are considered the nice areas of stockton (Hammer and Lower Sacramento intersection) The wells fargo bank has bullet proof glass protecting the bank tellers behind the counter. When banks have bullet proof glass protecting the tellers it says something about the area.

Default Insight..

My Ex is from Stockton.I stayed there for a short time.It does get kinda rugged sometimes.I've had some hard stares going into a convenience store at night. But It's Stockton,It's always been a hood.Cali is very spread out especially in the Bay Area and San Jouaqin Valley.YOU WILL NEED TO OWN A CAR.
