there are a lot of young/mid twenty somethings in hermosa and its definitely known for its surf/party culture. if you're young and like to party, this would be a great place for you. The only downside I see is that hermosa is not located too close to any major job centers. if you do manager to get a job in neighboring Manhattan Beach or nearby El Segundo, Carson or Torrance, it may be a good place to live.
