Default Fresno is the pitts!

Don't think you'd be impressed. The worst urban planning on the planet. Nothing but a huge, sprawling, blighted traffic jam.

I would say move to Auberry or some were that way. Every thing you remember bad about the Fresno area is still there and then some with all the growth. This is why when done with school we are looking to move n north or better yet out of Calif period

I understand that private school, homeschool, or no school is preferred to the Fresno School District.

I grew up in the central Valley my whole life and live in Fresno now. We'd like to get out of here. Nothing to do.

now that 168 is done, it is better. it used to be a nightmare to get from Clovis to downtown. To the OP, if you've lived there, then you know what it is like. It surely hasn't improved any since you left. We got out a year ago.

everything above Herndon is good and if you got the money, you will have a great time living above Shepherd.

but as mentioned, the same old urban planning and building, just sprawling...but tell me where in the US isn't going thorugh that. no architect or anything what's so ever.
