Default Moving to Stockton

I am 22 and moving to Stockton to begin my career as a professional fighter. I am single and going by myself. my life will consist of work and training. i would like to find a place close to the academy which is 120 e. flora street. i would prefer to not be in a bad part of town but if it comes down to it it doesnt matter. i dont know anyone in California so the whole social thing is my last concern. i am looking for a room to sleep in and a rest room and hopefully a fridge. i dont care if i live alone or with people. i will sleep on the floor if its affordable. any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. thank you. -Curt

Don't know if you have checked Craigslist, but that's where I found my apartment when I moved to Stockton. I'm not sure where Flora St is, but some of the bigger streets you might want to try (they are more central) are March Lane, Ben Holt Dr, and Pacific Ave. Good Luck!

Check out rooming with some of your fellow academy attendees or ask the agency that's training you for help. You've chosen an excellent career, good luck to you and stay safe.

You would prefer not to be in a bad part of town? Stockton itself is a bad town.
