Okay, ignoring that direct flame...

Being that I live in Templeton, and work in Atascadero. It has came to my attention, that Atascadero has alot issues. Today, a power outage occured in the downtown area. And 4,000 ppl were without power. Hobos, fires on the freeway, power outages, lack of cop control in areas that need it, and crappy roads top it on problems in this town. Not to mention more taggers r arising in the city and more kids r resorting to drugs for entertainment.

The only good place in north county is Templeton, and even then, your parents have to be well-off to truly enjoy the area.

The water park and fair last year were the only main attractions in the area for me. I recently stopped by the skating rink and batting cages in Paso, and they're nothing to be over excited about. The zoo and lake park in atascadero isnt much fun either.

I would rather take suburban south county anyday over the rural north county. SLO has Costco, is getting Macy's, more stores and resturaunts, has all the main transportation facilities, all the entertainment, and the good weather. Also, south county has more ppl there for a good reason. more ppl like it there.

it all comes down to - Super Wal-Mart (rural) or Costco (suburban)
