I said yes, but of course I'm not saying it's certain doom to raise a child in CA. I was born and raised here, and so was everyone in my family. But I've seen enough and I'm moving to the Midwest this spring to raise my daughter somewhere a little cleaner and less populated. That's all. It's just my opinion. Where you raise your kids is up to you. Children who have loving, caring families usually turn out fine no matter "where" they grew up.
