Is Sunnyside area around Fowler and Church a good area?

It's sort of middle-of-the-road. Not an awful area, not the best either. Probably fine for most people.

I had lived in the area for over 7 years and I can tell you that is safe and most of the time quiet. You will be part of the Sanger School District which is good, I love the easy access to the freeway and no traffic. Things that I don't like is that there is some Hmong families that don't care about their home appearance but they are quiet. Also almost no retail, they said they will build a nice shopping center by clovis and Tulare ave , but who knows when that will happened.

I will recommended. I have no plans to move
