Moorpark College Student looking for room to rent (for rent, homes)

I'm going to be attending Moorpark College for the fall 2008, and looking for a roommate situation for around $500 a month (preferably near the college, but a close drive distance is ok).
I'm a freshman there, on the men's soccer team.

My qualities~

What I'm looking for~

none smoking environment
washer/dryer (in or near place)
neat, trustworthy, respectable roommate
internet access available (i have my own laptop)

I rented out rooms to the EATM kids for eight years. I lived off Princeton and the 118. There are many three and four bedroom homes there (like I had) that I'm sure have rooms for rent. You can ride your bike to school (probably faster than driving a car and parking). Check craigslist.
