Wettest - northwest coast, Humboldt, Del Norte.
Coldest - inland mountain counties, form Siskiyou to Inyo (my guess).
Highest pint - Mount Whitney (highest in the lower 48).
Lowest point - neighbor to highest point, Death Valley (lowest in the lower 48).
That's all you need to know??
