A State Government agency question...
Which agency could I speak to about fiscal or financial abuse. It's a non-profit. I'm not getting into details, but, hearing and seeing the abuse is getting out of hand. Please help. Thanks.

depending on what you're talking about, you may want to start with your local district attorney's office.

Can't get into details. But I was wondering if there is a state agency that would investigate certain real estate transactions to see the legitimacy. Sorry I can not say any more, but the RE trans is just a crystal in the snowflake that's on the tip of the iceberg.

If there is a violation of real estate law you can file a complaint with the Department of Real Estate Department of Real Estate Home Page
If you're not sure about whether a law was broken, contact an attorney who specializes in real estate because it's going to take DRE a long time to get to your complaint.

The real estate issue is not only in question, but it's how the powers in charge use the state money given for this non-profit. The term "cooking the books" should be a better term to describe what I am talking about.

If the books are cooked it's covered by the penal code and your local DA is charged with prosecuting those crimes. Talk to your local DA.
