When we were looking down in that area we hooked up with Mike Gout, a nice, no pressure guy. I can recommend him.

Thanks. I'm looking at late 2009. I'd make it sooner, but I have a lot of fires to put out and a business here in London. I'm thinking Ventura, Oxnard or Fillmore. I moved from Ventura to London 5 years ago but also familiar with Fillmore.
