Any one have any sugession to buy business in Atascadero?

Well, is it a good purchase? Repeat customer base? Good location?
Atascadero is a slow town that has a policy against growth.
My parents live near by in Creston and they go to Paso Robles or SLO before Atascadero.

I think it would be INSANE to start a business in Atrashcadero. Its the slowest place ever. I can't imagine how the business's here even stay afloat. Especially now that Walmart's coming, forget it. I wouldn't do it.

A good, reasonably priced eatery would kill it in Atascadero IMO. IN N Out is crazy here, it's busy all day. Something smiliar or a good chain would be gang busters.

A new cafe just opened here, and not only is it delicious, but it's packed at all times as well!
