I pay about $300 per year for my 04 Nissan Titan Truck, to answer you question, yes! I think it is the most expensive state in regards to high reg costs. Correct me if I'm wrong.

i bought my t-bird in hollywood from a commercial producer in july.02.i go to a test only smog station cause i have been ripped off in the past by the shop owner/mechanic saying i needed a computer test and repairs.the computer test runs around 45.00.i have passed every single smog.i had 2 smog tests done in 02 ( dmv messed up but blamed me ),
1 in 04 & 06.thats 4 smog tests in 5 yrs. ( 200.00 total ) it costs me around 50.00 ever 2 yrs.i need a muffler but my next smog isnt due till 8-08.i dont trust any smog stations that do smog repairs & the ca dmv would charge a talking fee if they could.dont trust them.they are as greedy as the foul pathetic oil companies.
