Moving advice. (The actual moving process)
I recently moved to Hayward in the Bay Area from Milwaukee, WI. I dont have much stuff there- clothes, computer and a couple other things. I was staying with my boyfriends cousin and its not working out. Im currently back in Milwaukee, taking care of some things, and now am most likely going to be staying. (UGH!! #*(&KJ^#%@!!!!)
Now Im just wondering what would be the cheapest way to go back and bring my stuff back to Milwaukee. Im open for anything, flying, bus, driving, or whatever else there is. The problem is the weight restrictions with the modes of travel.
Also, I have to go because I cant ask the cousin to do it, I dont trust him. And it will be me and my boyfriend going to go get it, so all this is planning for two people.
I really dont care what the options are, as long as it decently cheap. Im completely broke right now (thanks cousin...) but can come up with a couple hundred dollars as need be.

Sorry to hear it didn't work out for you guys.
Driving will most likely be your cheapest option. It will be a pain but since you don't have that much stuff it will be an affordable way to go. You could rent a car or truck with unlimited milage. The other cheap option would taking a bus. I don't really know how much you can take on a Greyhound though.
Another consideration would be to sell all your bigger, heavier items on Craiglist and then fly back if flights aren't too high this time of the year.

Sell as much as you can on craigslist. Then either drive back or take a Greyhound, as suggested above.

Also, make sure you sit down and calculate what the replacement value of your items would be vs. how much it would cost to go and get them. It might end up making more sense just to get all new stuff and not have to go through the hassle of getting the old stuff back. Maybe you could save money, time, and get all new things! That's my idea of a good time...

I was considering that, but I realized it wasnt worth it. ALL of my clothes, my brand new computer and all of my paperwork is there. Not to mention a bunch of my important mail that I need. The cousin is totally unreliable and I know wont send me this stuff seems how he can barely answer his phone in an emergency. And unfortunatly I cant cant a job without my documents that are there.
