Does the Central Coast have water for rest of the 21st Century?

I definitely see your point. If the state continues to increase in population, as is predicted, and we are having a difficult time satisfying the current water needs, then what is the alternative? Many suggestions have been made, but solutions need time to be implemented and come on-line.
