Folsom Schools
My husband and I considering a Relo for his job from Pleasanton to Folsom. We are extremely interested in a non biased opinion on the Schools. Elementary as well as Middle. We are looking for a school that feels safe, with parent involvement and high test scores etc...Something close to the way Pleasanton Schools are rated. Looking for someone who was raised in the area, whom still resides there and has a long term, accurate, opinion from worst -best and why. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Folsom,
You would probably get more specific answers if you scroll up on the site and also post this in the state/city location forum in the area you are questioning. I'm sure there is a local resident who would be able to give you some good direction.
Good luck to you and your family!!

Have you seen schooldigger.com? TONS of info. I'm not from the area (looking to relocate too) but noticed Empire Oaks, Sandra Gallardo on schooldigger.com. I'm in Chicago now but recently lived in Danville 5 yrs, and those 2 elementary schools are rated on par with Danville.
In addition to Fosom, we're looking at El Dorado Hills. The schools are good, not quite as good as those particular Folsom ones, but good and the homes seem to be a better value.
Local people, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!
