Default VLF Increase (vehicle license fee)

Thanks to the no good horrible legislature in ca as of 5-19-09 our vlf is going to increase. Many people think their registration will double & thats not true. The vlf is the value of your car.For every $1,000.00 expect a $5.00 increase. So if your car is valued at $5,000.00 your total registration fees will increase $25.00.The min increase is $1.00.

If you have a 30k dollar car thats a xtra $150.00 the state steals from you.Heres all the info.If you want to know exactly what your increase will be just scroll to the bottom of the dmv page & read instructions. That info wont be available until 3-19.The ca legislature say this is temporary but we all know those greedy creeps, bums, rats, pukes are ALL liars. http://www.dmv.ca.gov/faq/faq_vlf.htm
