to be quite honest, if you don't want to live in a city that is heavily Hispanic, you should pick a different state. I don't mean any disrespect toward CA or the Hispanics that live there. I find it interesting that it is the only concern you mentioned.

Cali is the third largest city in Colombia, a country in South America. It is sometimes called the "cocaine capital" of the world.

I think that's the one thing we can all agree on.

For that house size and price, in southern california you're looking at areas like Temecula, the Inland Empire, and the high desert(Victorville area). The LA Basin doesn't have houses of that size in any regular suburb and even those areas are probably priced out for you.
As far as hispanic populations, I'd probably stay out of the southwest all together if that is a concern. There are a bunch and the population is only growing.

I didn't even ask the usual - why California? Why southern CA? You said Temecula is the only affordable town. Obviously it isn't, but what criteria have you used thus far to narrow your search?

Lack of Latinos, apparently.
I'd suggest somewhere not on the West Coast/Southwest if Hispanics are that big a concern.
