Default Tax refunds yet? Anyone?

I'm just wondering if anyone has gotten the Ca. state tax refund yet? We've checked online and even called and the only answer we've gotten is within 25 days. Ok well I'm not sure if the 25 days keeps starting over because it's the same message with no begin date that I've been seeing for a week.

Thanks for the response, we filed long ago too. The payments were supposed to have started but I don't know anyone who has gotten any yet.

The state announced they wouldn't be sending refunds out until May 31st.
We (the state) are so broke they are waiting for monies to come in on April 15th to pay the refunds out May 31st.

Actually, they aren't refunds. The "refund" is money we already had with held from our hard earned wages. We somehow were able to coax it back into our pockets through deductions the government allows to have.

Unfortunately, the new prez is discussing taking those deductions away so they can keep more of our cash. Is that possibly the "change" that Americans voted for? As in, I want all of your change?

What does the California Tax refund have to do with Obama? Did you complain that your Tax money has been funding a bogus pointless war?

Literally robbing Peter to pay Paul. That's good financial management there.

I complain when any of the money I have earned is spent frivolously!!! I don't like the spend and spend ways of either party. So lighten up!
