Default Interested in moving to Bay area

I am wanting to move to the Bay area soon. My only problem is that I do not know the are at all. My first concern is finding an affordable college and place to live. I want to major in accounting/finance. Also, I would like to be within distance of the outdoors(too tired of the city). Any help appreciated.

Are you talking about Community College or a 4-yr institution?

Most of the Bay Area has excellent outdoor recreation nearby, even the City.

How much do you want to spend on rent/mortgage?

Are you looking at private or public schools? Are you prepared to pay out-of-state tuition?

There's lots of accessibility to the outdoors in the bay area. But "affordable" tuition or rents will be tricky. What's your budget? Will you be working at the same time? Have you done a cost of living comparison between the Bay Area and where you are now?
