So I think it would be great if "real people" could stop being so snobby. You're not "real people". It's shocking that people can be so snobby about being "real people", when in actuality being a "real person" means that you have no redeemable characteristics other than being a "real person".

It happened too many times I am ready to get the H...out of Arizona and move farther from Cali as much as I can.

Where is a good Cali repellant state?
It has nothing to do with California, and everything to do with how business is done in the country as a whole. Another excellent example of this type of business practice was the stunt Enron pulled with California.

The state of being a single mother will repel most California males, so you're off to a good start.

Next time you meet someone who moved to your state from CA ask them where they were before that...then go hate on that state. LOL.

Blame the real estate bubble on California and New York. Why the housing bubble centered around 4 states and spread across the nation.

To Maxfield: Any reason why you didn't investigate small town living in California? Plenty of them.
I have to some extent. I few towns in central CA, but I am looking to get more of a distance from large cities. I also want the weather change. The small towns down here are in hot and nasty areas mostly. I would rather be cold and wet. If I am going to go north figure I might as well go north. Made some friends over the years with some great people from Washington, so I thought I'd try it out. They live here now for the great weather.

Laughing at the thought of living in New Hampshire?
Hmmm ...
N.H. #1 lowest crime rate of any state in the union
(Calif. #37 crime ranking)

N.H. unemployment 4th lowest in nation @ 5.1% and dropping
(Calif. unemployment 3rd worst in nation @ 12.4% and rising

N.H. Cost of Living Index 114.5
(Calif. COL Index 131.9 - second highest behind only Hawaii)

N.H. tax burden as % of income -- 2nd lowest in nation
(Calif. tax burden as % of income -- 15th highest)

I could go on and on ...
also smashingly beautiful ...
consider bashing an ugly state with lots of problems
