What is the professional curtisy for any state with majoir companies such as Lockheed and CSC as well as other Aerospace companiess.. for transfer?

I am trying to find out what the time frame is to be considered for common proffesional curtisy when transfering.. Is it a year? or Is it 3 years?

How long should you wait after starting a position to go about putting in bids for a transfer?

Geesh, that is not very polite. Some people just use spell-check in their day to day job.

Anyway, the best thing to do would be to ask people in the industry IMHO. Or, just be up-front and say from the get-go that you would like to eventually transfer.

Just my 2 cents.

Ha haaaa ha haaaa,
And that is what you get for having someone else do your typing for you.

If anyone should know what the common courtesy is when it pertains to a transfer within a company such as Boeing PLEASE let me know right away.

If is a re-newable contract by each year then do you wait the year or should you work there for longer then a year before you attempt a transfer?
