A) I never said they were 'enlightened' or that the growers wanted legalization.
B) I'm actually posting why there may be problems in Eureka. 'Sane' pot laws attract pot heads
from around the country and disproportionately affect Eureka's demographics...if these people were spread out across the country it'd be much less of a nuisance. Don't you agree?
Moving right along to the reason I've revived this dusty ol' thread,
what is Eureka doing to attract business?
I saw on another website that the population is declining

but here on C-D it says it's still growing.
