If you don't want to use an agent (big mistake in my book) pay a lawyer to go over the DROA. I did this when I had a situation where the agent was representing both buyer and seller. He only billed for two hours and made several good suggestions.

no, you certainly do not NEED one. You need to be able to read and write and locate your nearest title company.

Real estate agents will tell you otherwise
