Default looking to move to paradise / magnalia,ca

My family and i are looking to move to the paradise / magnalia area, from san diego. We have friends there ,have vsited n love the area .However the number of registered sex offenders is sketchy to say the least! We have a seven year old and of course safty is p1. We like the lower end of town (neil area) however are open to suggestions ie.schools ect. magnalia seems a little more secluded ,cheeper, less rift raft?

I have lived in Magalia for over 25 years. Our 3 kids went thru the school system from K-12. They went to elementary in Magalia, also refered to as Paradise Pines. We had no problems. I have no idea about sex offenders, but I don't know any or at least I don't think I do We were born and raised in SoCa and had to get away and found this area very pretty and the weather is good and the price was right. If you choose Magalia we can get alittle more snow that Paradise. That can be a plus or minus, we always enjoy it when it snows although sometimes you can't get out as soon as you can in Paradise. The lower end of town you are refering to is called the banana belt cuz it is alittle warmer in the winter and also summer. Magalia can be alittle cheaper than Paradise. I don't know about less rift raft. i think both area have their fair share.

when I think of Paradise CA or I think of tweakers. This is based on general observation driving through the town. I think it is accurate though.
