What's your take on Nations? I ate at the one in JLS for the first time and enjoyed it. Their pies were really good! I had it here in Vacaville too and still liked it -- wondered what people's take on it that like In-N-Out was. I like In-N-Out too, by the way, but had had before I moved here. Nations, though, is completely new to me and I never hear anyone talk about it.

Nation's definitely tops In-N-Out, but I Nation's is very local to the Bay Area and Im sure most Metro Areas have their version of Nation's. Its also more of a sit down place too I suppose.

Love their Banana Cream Pies. Yummy.

I love Inn-N-Out. Their burgers always taste fresh and I appreciated the grilled buttered bun. The menu is short 'n' sweet, which I like.

The only complaint I may have is that the patties are a mite too thin.

In-N-Out is the best too me, but Five Guys is not on that Zagat list and is a very close second.

I'll never understand this. Subpar food, even for the price.

I agree. The burgers are OK, not bad, not great.
In'n'out got popular because of pot smoking teenagers altering bumper stickers to have a sexual meaning.

In-n-Out has constantly been rated by many, including the food network as one of the best hamburgers in the country. Of course these studies or surveys are judged on price as well. I don't think anyone would claim they are the same as a $7.50 hamburger somewhere, but for $1.59 or is it a $1.79 now, tell me one place you can get one like it? Remember we are talking all fresh ingredients for one thing.
