Question Chico area realtor?

Hi, a newbie poster here.

What a great forum this is, I've been browsing for a few months.

I'm thinking of moving from Northern New Jersey to the Chico area [and possibly Paradise or Magalia], for an interesting change of scenery for one thing.

Can anyone recommend some good real estate agents in the area or any to specifically avoid.
It's okay to email me directly.
Thanks!

Summertime is on a distinguished road
I have a flyer from a realtor
and this is his email:

gsouth1306@aol.com

He is connected with Coldwell Banker Ponderosa Real Estate

and the funny thing is on his business card, he only
shows the back of his head...

There is a phone number 530-877-6244

In the same office is listed a Carole Gilbert,
but no email on my flyer for her.

On another flyer, Gilson Real Estate
Kurt Gilbertson, but no other contact info

and Lee Eubanks, Plum Tree Real Estate
again .. this flyer had no contact info

Information could give you the numbers.

One flyer has this web site www. realestatepro.bz
(Real Estate Professionals)

I picked up these flyers in February when I was
in the Chico area.

We left the Chico area two years ago and our favorite realtors are with Coldwel Banker DuFour Realty in Chico. Laura Burghardt, Jessica Walters are the top hitters and work the hardest for their clients. You would see a difference.

I just noticed your reply, thanks Jill.

Now I'm thinking about Redfin, "as seen on TV" . . . . [60 minutes, a few days ago]

Thanks Summertime, too.
