Medicinal pot shops will have to start displaying a Prop 65 toxic substance warning next year basically saying that inhaling can cause cancer. (I guess people will have to use the Bill Clinton method ).

California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment added marijuana smoke to the list of carcinogens, joining tobacco, asbestos and other substances.

The state found that marijuana smoke contains 33 of the same harmful chemicals as tobacco smoke.

But the OEHHA did not include marijuana plants or other methods of use besides smoking on the carcinogen list.

Marijuana smoke is a carcinogen, California board rules - San Jose Mercury News

I hate those stupid prop 65 warning signs. Pretty much everything in the world causes cancer. They should just put up a big sign at the state borders and airports and be done with it.

And California wonders why its broke. I'm sure this meaningless study cost a few million, and for what? To tell you smoking weed is bad for you...

They have one, most buildings do. All these signs are for legal purposes, in case you happen to get cancer you can't sue. There is still no evidence of marijuana causing cancer , my father has smoked for 40 years and no health problems, My doctor recommends medical marijuana over taking Advil or Tylenol based on what those pills that do to the liver over time. I'd be more worried about taking prescription drugs , that can actually kill you, than smoking marijuana.
