Default CA laid-off workers to receive aid for health insurance

Through this law the workers may be eligible for a 65 percent subsidy to help them pay for and keep their health insurance. This law covers those who worked for a small employer (2 - 19 employees). These employees will be notified that their eligible for the federal stimulus bill subsidy. Employees of larger companies already qualify.
