I know this question is subjective but I am prepared to hear the good, the bad, and maybe even the downright ugly. I would appreciate your input. THANKS!

If you are able to find a non profit org to work at, then yes this is a great time to move. Housing prices are prob. not going TOO much lower. With non-profits in Cali, it's currently hit or miss. Some are expanding (inflow of immigrants and a graying population), some are decreasing (state funding blues).
The great thing about California is that if you buy your house cheap, you KNOW it will eventually rise faster than the national average (however, it can also fall faster than the national average...with that said this is why there has not recently been a better time to buy).

I found it! This is a picture I took with my phone a year or two ago when I was working with a grocery distribution company. This was taken around 9AM on a weekend and it's honestly fairly typical for this part of the state.

Yes! I like to put a couple of chicken fingers on a Hawaiian sweet roll, a perfect snack!

Doesn't look any different than what I would see in Canoga Park.
The shelves look well stocked, orderly, and organized.
The guy on the right looks like he's on break from a construction job.
The guy on the left could very well be retired and getting ready to hit a bucket of balls.
Not sure what the point of the photo is.
