The states deficit is approx 26 billion dollars. Heres the solution to balance the state budget with NO more new taxes. 1. Cut the seiu employee salaries & pensions by 15%. 2. Cut state prison budget by 15%. 3. Cut teachers union salaries by 20%. 4.Cut benefits for illegals in half. NOW THE BUDGET IS BALANCED.

Gee, I wonder why all the PhDs and MBAs working for or advising the state couldn't figure that out. Sounds easy.

The legislature refuses to do it cause the state, teachers & prison unions own them. Something though has to be done like yesterday. Its only going to get worse in the not so golden state of california.
