I have gone with the flow & the flow has been over 70 mph. I cant take the chance of geting a expensive speeding ticket & maybe a tinted windows ticket as well. If the sign says "max speed 70 mph" then i go 70 mph. Its just not worth going over the speed limit especially with ca being desperate for our money so they can pay the unions,etc.

If you're hauling things that could fly out; leaves, grass, shrubbery etc. you do need a tarp or something to prevent the load from littering. That is most likely what the officer was looking for. If you're hauling an oven or other large appliance, I doubt you would need it covered, just secured.
