Default Hippies and yuppies and...

The Hippies are still out there but likely they wouldn't call themselves that because the term has gotten so diluted in the past 30 years .

Yuppies have never even really tasted to essence of hippiedom and the same is true with X'ers and many others. Hippies keep a very low profile, and stealth is often the key word of the day. If someone tells you they are a "Hippie", they likely are not. You will find them in most every field including art, science, technology, music, and simply trying to be themselves in this world and culture that seems to gravitate towards lack of individualism and diversity as well as an often total focus on financial and emotional arrogance. (Not that I have an opinion about that )

If you see some one who is living an authentic life, you may have found a real Hippie - even if they don't call themself that...

Peace

Ridgecrest. Look no further... It is the perfect place for you.

It's happy-town usa with rainbows all around and little atheist angels floating around the local vegan, organic coffee shops to say hello to you.
