Health Net Life Robbed my Wife thru B of A on 10-2-09 her payment of 24.40 for ins net. life took 2440.00 leaving -600.00 in bank fresno ca. WHO CARES ???

It sounds like someone made a typo. Have you notified them of the error? You make it sound as though, one business day later, you are able to conclude that they maliciously took the money and refuse to give it back.

Your post made my head hurt. How is this "robbery"?
Mistakes happen. I use both B of A and Health Net, and have had fantastic customer service from both. I'm confident this will get figured out for you.

The cashier in our cafeteria at the hospital where I work rang up a $1580. charge for my $1.58 doughnut and hot chocolate. I am relatively sure that it was an error on her part. She did correct the problem while I waited. I am positive that B of A and HealthNet will do the same for you, and fix any fees that you may have incurred. My suggestion is to call them, because unless any of us in City Data Forum land works at one of these places I doubt complaining here will help you much.
