Help!

I am considering purchasing a home in Terra Lago in Indio, CA...But need to know the following;

Who is the provider of the internet and cable service that is included in your monthly dues...

I am concerned that the service will suck and I will be stuck with a slow internet connection.

Also...Any other input you have about the area would be much appreciated...
