The truth is, that any location predominantly white that is affordable will be infiltrated by other minorities eventually, if it hasn't been already; usually for two reasons, because areas that are predominantly white, usually have low crime areas, less grafitti, home owners take pride in ownership and minorities consistently want to live in those areas particularly if they are affordable. Once an areas has been infiltrated, typically crime goes up, property values then become stagnant, and then the dark skinned minorities try to find another host area they can infiltrate. It's been happening for decades.

Sadly, if you are white, and you want to live in a nice (white) area, you must have the bucks, because otherwise the undesirables will find you.

Believe it or not I can somewhat understand what your saying. But it has nothing to do with race. I know plenty of nice neighborhoods with mostly dark skinned minorities such as indians and asians. Mostly engineers and such.

It has more to do with class and culture. Your probably referring to lower-class/low-culture blacks and hispanics. Sadly this is somewhat true. These folks don't seem to recognize its their behavior patterns that created the ghetto situation in the first place.

I actually think the thugs are one of the most diverse groups, because they'll be white, black, yellow, pink polka dots, whatever, as long as they all dress the same and drive stupid-looking cars.

Whatever the demography, the affordable parts of California are usually not the ones you would want to live in, either because of the climate, crime issues, poor economy, or, frequently, all of the above.

As long as the subject of this thread is down and people are kicking it, I will add that I'd rather live with many minorities than all white trash.

A fact that HAS been noted in other threads is that CA is not for everyone. With a white people attitude the OP may find CA difficult to deal with. Live in a predominately all white area and go to any local government office. It won't be so white in there. In fact, a lot of the time I can't understand their English.

I don't think this all white idea is gonna float. You want things to be like home, stay home. I'm not saying that in a mean way. That's flat out advice and nothing more.
